A preliminary inquiry is underway for a former foster mother accused of allowing a toddler to be badly scalded and drown.
Eunice Wudrich is charged with criminal negligence causing death. Police were called to an Aberdeen area home last July, where they found 22-month-old Evander Daniels dead.
