A preliminary hearing for two men charged in the murder of Isho Hana will be held in January of next year.
In the meantime, 30-year-old Jonathan Dombowsky and 34-year-old Long Nam Luu will remain in custody. They are two of the four people charged in the murder of Hana in April of 2004.
Hana was gunned down on Preston Avenue, in what police believe was a drug turf war.
The preliminary hearing for Dombowsky and Luu is scheduled for January 7 in provincial court.
