SASKATOON -- Extreme cold in Saskatoon has led the Prairie Spirit School Division to cancel all school buses Thursday.
All Prairie Spirit buses in Saskatoon and area are cancelled. Schools are still operating under normal schedules.
With wind chills in the -40 range, frost bite can happen in minutes.
