Police in Lloydminster are asking parents to examine Halloween candy thoroughly after a number of cases of pills being discovered in Halloween hauls.
Mounties say in one case a full blister pack of medication was discovered in a child's candy bag, and in another instance a parent found a round white pill in a snickers bar after a child bit into it- in that case it appeared the treat had been opened and resealed.
Lloydminster RCMP are investigating.
