A 51-year-old man has died after a house fire in Hudson Bay, Sask.

Police were called to the fire in Hudson Bay around 6:45 a.m. on April 9. The man was found inside the home.

The victim was taken to hospital in Hudson Bay, where he was pronounced dead.

An autopsy on the victim has been scheduled for later this week in Saskatoon.

The cause of the fire was electrical, RCMP say. The blaze is not suspicious.
