Craig Wilson

Craig Wilson retired from CTV in 2019.

Craig Wilson is the Assignment Editor at CTV Saskatoon.

Born and raised in Saskatchewan, he graduated from Mount Royal College in Alberta with a diploma in Broadcasting. Craig started his broadcast career at CJGX Radio in Yorkton as a News Reporter and Announcer. He joined the CTV Saskatoon Sports Department in 1980. Craig considers himself fortunate to have covered a wide variety of major sporting events, including Grey Cup games, NHL Amateur Drafts and Blue Jay Training Camps.

After 25 years covering sports he traded in his scoresheet to become a news reporter. In 2008 he moved into the Assignment Editor’s chair. Over his career Craig has been allowed to try his hand at hosting Morning Live and the Noon show, anchoring news casts and presenting weather. A true Jack of All Trades and a Master of None.
