Two people have been taken to hospital after a single-vehicle rollover on Highway 16 Friday evening.

RCMP say two vehicles were driving eastbound beside each other near the Dalmeny turn off when one of the vehicles made an unsafe lane change, nearly colliding with the other vehicle. The driver managed to avoid a collision, but veered into the ditch and rolled.

A man and a woman in the vehicle were taken to Saskatoon hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Both remain in hospital under observation.

A 28-year-old Alberta man has been charged with making an unsafe lane change.
