A 26-year-old man is dead, in Saskatoon’s 10th homicide of the year.
Police were called to a report of an injured man in the 1400 block of Avenue G North shortly before 11:00 p.m. on Friday. The man, a victim of an assault, succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
Police, along with major crimes and the coroner’s office are investigating.
The family has asked that the victim’s name not be made public.
