Friends and family of a missing Saskatoon woman are spending their weekend searching for their loved one.

Dorothy Woods, 45, was last seen leaving her home on November 11. Police are now calling her disappearance suspicious.

Woods was a dedicated member of Saskatoon's roller derby community, and her team mates are now vowing to leave no rock unturned.

Around a dozen of Woods' roller derby team mates are spending their weekend searching for her. Her team mates say she never misses a game, so when she didn't show up for a game on Wednesday, they knew something was wrong.

"I'm totally at a loss for words. After talking to the family, I'm scared," says teammate Lorrie Rusnak.

Woods has two children and runs a day care out of her home. Her friends say she was happy and upbeat. They say before she disappeared there were no signs that anything was amiss.

"She is a mother, a sister, a friend, and she has people who love her and we're going to do everything we can to bring her home," says Rusnak.
