Andrey Makarov stopped all 24 shots he faced as the Saskatoon Blades posted their 16th straight win with a 4-0 victory over the Red Deer Rebels 4-0 on Tuesday.
Makarov established a new team record with his seventh shutout of the season, surpassing the previous mark set by Braden Holtby.
Brenden Walker scored twice for Saskatoon, which improved its record to 39-21-3, while Lukas Sutter and Nick Zajac also scored.
Patrik Bartosak made 47 saves for Red Deer.
