Kelley Moore is a professional regional and urban planner and small business owner with 20 years’ experience in the public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Her involvement in her late father’s business, Moore Financial Services Ltd. instilled a strong business acumen that has contributed to her ongoing leadership success in business and government.
She is a U of S alumni with a Master’s thesis in Participatory Democracy and Land Use. Her experience as a Senior Planner with the City of Saskatoon followed by roles with the Provincial government as Regional Intersectoral Committee Coordinator, Director of Housing Policy and Program Development, and as Director of Community and Client Services demonstrates her qualifications and abilities. Her belief in authentic public service has touched many lives in Saskatoon. She was acknowledged for this dedication as the recipient of the Premier’s Award for Excellence in Public Service in 2013.
