A crash between a motorcycle and a large truck killed one person in central Saskatchewan Friday afternoon.

The accident happened on Highway #11, near the south access route to Osler at around 3:00 p.m.

The motorcycle was driving north on the highway when it hit the east bound truck. The 55-year-old man driving the motorcycle has died, but the driver of the truck was not injured.

Police say road conditions were not a factor.

Drivers in the area are being asked to take an alternate route as investigators are still working on scene.
