From teen star to children’s book co-author, Henry Winkler has had a diverse career. The popular actor is also a director, producer, storyteller, and children’s advocate.
While he got his start as the Fonz, in recent year’s Winkler’s been honoured for his advocacy for children with special needs. Dyslexic himself, Winkler co-authored a series of 17 children’s books about a dyslexic fourth-grade boy, Hank Zipzer.
Winkler will be headlining speaker at this year’s Silver Spoon Dinner. The dinner is a gala evening fundraiser for the Saskatoon CHW and Congregation Agudas Israel.
