An ex-Hells Angel has been found guilty of uttering threats against his former boss.
Jesse Bitz, 42, was found guilty in Saskatoon Court of Queen’s Bench Friday of uttering threats to cause bodily harm and uttering threats to cause death.
Court heard Bitz, who was fired from Xtreme Mining and Demolition in 2012, threatened his former boss Leonard Banga on two separate occasions.
The Crown is seeking a 12-month conditional sentence in the community, while the defence wants Bitz to be given one year of probation.
A judge will sentence Bitz on Nov. 7.
