An elderly woman was taken to hospital as a precaution Tuesday after crashing her vehicle into a downtown Saskatoon building.
Police said, based on witness reports, the woman was backing out of her parking spot on 21st Street East before she collided with a vehicle. She then put her car back into gear and crashed through the front entrance of Marvel Beauty School.
The crash occurred just before 11 a.m. The woman suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital as a precaution.
No pedestrians or occupants of the building were hurt.
