A 14-year-old boy faces several charges, including dangerous driving, after Saskatoon police were forced to chase a vehicle in the wee hours Friday.
Police say patrol officers were trying to conduct a traffic stop, but the driver refused to pull over and took off.
The officers pursued the vehicle for a short time until it hit a snowbank.
An investigation found that the vehicle had been stolen.
The 14-year-old is also charged with possession of stolen property and failing to stop for police.
He was scheduled to appear in Saskatoon provincial court Friday.
