Woman hit in the face after car accident

A traffic accident led to more than a dented fender for a Saskatoon woman Wednesday.
Wednesday afternoon two vehicles collided while traveling northbound on Idylwyld Drive. Both vehicles were attempting to turn left on 20th street when a 37-year-old man cut in front of the female victim’s vehicle, resulting in an accident.
Yelling, the man got out of his car approached the female victim, who was still in her vehicle. When she unrolled the window, he hit her in the face.
The man was charged with assault and was issued a ticket for driving without reasonable consideration for others.
