A 23-year-old man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant is still at-large after he fled from La Ronge RCMP Tuesday morning.

Dylan Lewis, wanted for breaching his parole conditions in Alberta, fled police in La Ronge, Sask. when officers attempted to pull over a yellow Toyota FJ Cruiser he was driving shortly after 11 a.m.

Officers did not pursue the vehicle but noted Lewis was driving in an erratic manner.

The vehicle was located a short time later at an apartment complex in La Ronge, but police were unable to locate the suspect.

Lewis, who is from Camrose, Alta., has a history of violence and weapon offences, according to RCMP. He is described as a Caucasian man who is six-foot-one in height and about 200 pounds. He has short hair and tattoos on both sides of his neck.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts or who witnessed a yellow FJ Cruiser driving erratically Tuesday morning is asked to contact La Ronge RCMP or Crime Stoppers.

Lewis should not be approached, police said.
