Two of three suspects in a retail-store robbery were being questioned by detectives Saturday.
The pair were caught by Saskatoon police after a robbery Friday evening.
Officers were called to the 1700 block of Preston Avenue North just before 6:30 p.m.
Three male suspects stole an undisclosed amount of goods from a retail outlet after brandishing pepper spray and threatening staff members, police said.
Officers located the suspect vehicle a short while later, but the vehicle refused to stop for police. It was later located abandoned in the 500 block of Avenue F North.
A canine unit was able to apprehend two of the three suspects — one adult and one youth.
The two were held on robbery charges before a Justice of the Peace appearance Saturday morning. The third suspect has not yet been caught.
