Two people are dead after a house fire in the town of Hudson Bay, Sask.

RCMP and the local fire department were called to a house fire at 203 Churchill Street around 5:00 a.m. Friday. When crews arrived, the home was fully engulfed in flames. Crews located and removed two bodies from the home, RCMP said in a news release. A 36-year-old woman and a 35-year-old man were pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators have determined the fire was accidental. The names of the dead will not be released.
