Two lanes on Saskatoon’s Circle Drive South are expected to be closed for nearly two months.

Crews are repairing a sewer main, which requires excavation along the north side of Circle Drive, near the Valley Road interchange.

The city says the westbound and northbound curb lanes will be closed for about seven weeks.

Two through lanes will remain open, but traffic coming from the Valley Road off-ramp must now yield instead of merging with Circle Drive South traffic, according to the city.

The speed limit in the construction zone will be reduced to 60 kilometres per hour.
