Environment Canada has issued several severe warnings and watches for south-eastern Saskatchewan.

The communities currently under tornado watches are: Fort Qu'Appelle, Indian Head, Lumsden, Piolet Butte, Humbolt, Wynyard, Wadena, Lanigan, Foam Lake, Outlook, Watrous, Hanley, Imperial, and disnmore.

Most of the south eastern boarder of the province is under severe thunderstorm watch.

The severe thunderstorm warnings stretch as far north as the areas near Martensville, Warman, Rosthern, Delisle and Wakaw.

In Saskatoon, sudden rain fell at approximately 3:00 p.m., and fork lightning could be seen south of the city.
