NDP leader Tom Mulcair held a campaign rally in Saskatoon on Monday.

Mulcair did not make any new announcements at the rally, which was held outside Saskatoon West candidate Sheri Benson’s campaign office, instead urging Saskatoon residents to vote for the city’s three NDP candidates, and reiterating the party’s promise of 15 dollar per day child care.

Mulcair did not take questions after the rally, but did pose with supporters for selfies.

This is the NDP leader’s third visit to Saskatchewan since the campaign kicked off two months ago. During his first visit to Saskatoon in August, he announced new measures aimed at curbing violence against aboriginal women. During a visit to Regina last month, he announced support for universal drug coverage.
