Saskatoon police arrested three teens Saturday night after a citizen was reportedly aimed at with a gun and nearly hit by a vehicle.

Officers responded to the report just before 8 p.m. near Attridge Drive and Kenderine Road.

The vehicle suspected in the incident was seen nearby minutes later at Ludlow Street and Lowe Road, and officers pulled over the vehicle. Police say it was a “high-risk” stop.

Three 16-year-old boys were taken into custody and a BB gun and brass knuckles were seized, according to police.

All three have since been charged with at least one weapons possession offence. They were to remain in custody until seeing a justice of the peace Sunday, police said.

No shots were fired during the incident and no one was injured.
