Emergency crews are on the scene of a fatal collision north of Saskatoon along Highway #12 near Hepburn.
RCMP say a northbound car on the highway was attempting to turn left when it was struck by a southbound truck pulling a trailer. An elderly man was ejected from the car and died on scene. Officials say he wasn't wearing a seat belt.
Two children and their father have been taken to hospital in Saskatoon with undetermined injuries. Traffic on Highway #12 is being re-routed in both directions to allow police to investigate. Motorists are being advised to expect delays for the next several hours.
