A 28-year-old man is facing charges after Saskatoon police officers responded to call about a man brandishing a handgun Tuesday afternoon.
Police were at an apartment block on the 2000 block of 20th Street West for approximately one hour before the suspect exited the residence and was arrested, a police spokesperson said.
A handgun-style BB gun was found in the man’s possession and a second BB gun was found in the residence. The man’s apartment was also damaged, police said.
The man faces charges including pointing a firearm and uttering threats.
