Conservative leader Stephen Harper recently sat down with CTV Morning Live’s Mike Ciona during his visit to Saskatoon.

Harper was in the city rallying his supporters, touting the new Trans-Pacific Partnership and announcing extended parental leave benefits.

Ciona — as part of CTV Morning Live’s interview series with federal leaders — asked the Conservative leader about the TPP’s impact on Saskatchewan, about the parental leave changes, about his party’s stance on an inquiry into missing and murdered aboriginal women, and about Saskatoon’s infrastructure needs.
