A school bus driver has been charged after a collision sent three people to a Saskatoon hospital Tuesday afternoon.

The bus was carrying school-aged children when it collided with another vehicle at an uncontrolled intersection at 116th Street and Bradwell Avenue at approximately 4 p.m., Saskatoon police said in a news release.

Two 12-year-old students and one adult were taken to the Royal University Hospital with minor injuries.

The bus driver was charged under the Traffic Safety Act for failing to yield right of way at an uncontrolled intersection.
