A new library officially opened in Saskatoon Thursday.
The Round Prairie Branch, located in the Stonebridge neighbourhood, opened as the Saskatoon Public Library’s ninth city branch.
The opening celebration included speeches from the descendants of the Round Prairie Metis and performances from students at Westmount Community School.
The branch features an innovation lab, video game room and Google Chromebooks.
