The Canadian Senate is currently looking into whether two conservative senators actually live in the region they represent.

One, is Saskatchewan’s own Pamela Wallin. Property records show Wallin co-owns property with family in Wadena, Saskatchewan, as well as a plot in the nearby community of Fishing Lake. However, the senator lists a home address in Toronto.

Wallin says Saskatchewan is her home and she's owned property there for years.

Wallin was appointed as a senator for Saskatchewan in 2008.

Wadena is roughly 200 kilometers east of Saskatoon.
