A Saskatchewan man has set a world record in raising funds for prostate cancer research.
Reed Ludwig was hoping to raise $50,000 as part of the recently concluded Movember campaign.
His colleagues at work thought that was an unrealistic goal.
But the electrician surprised them by raising more than $96,000, and the website Movember.com says that's more than any other individual in the world.
Movember is a month-long event where men start November with a clean-shaven face, then grow their moustaches throughout the month.
More than $38 million was raised in Canada for the campaign, more money than any other country.
