Free bus service is available from downtown stops on 23rd Street and 2nd Avenue every 15 minutes between 9 and 10:15 a.m., and at 9:45 from the mall transit terminal at Market Mall and The Centre Mall.
Remembrance Day ceremony at the U of S
Service starts at 1:30 p.m. at the Memorial Gates
University of Saskatchewan President Peter Stoicheff and Lutheran Chaplain Paul Sartison will speak at the service. The memorial will feature a wreath-laying ceremony, a moment of silence and prayers for peace.
North Battleford:
Remembrance Day Parade
Parade starts at 10:30 a.m. at 14th Avenue, near 100th Street.
The parade will walk along 100th Street to 13th Avenue, turn right and proceed to 97th Street, then turn right again and head to 15th Avenue before heading back to 100th Street and ending at 1342 100th Street.
