The Chief of the Red Pheasant First Nation has been fined $750 for driving while disqualified.
Chief Stewart Baptiste has also lost his driver's license for a year.
RCMP pulled Baptiste over on Highway #4 on at the end of July. Baptiste pleaded guilty to the charge in North Battleford Provincial Court.
