RCMP are asking the public for help finding a missing Prince Albert woman.

Danielle Nyland was last seen in the Shellbrook area around 7:30 a.m. Monday and reported missing by family on Wednesday.

The 22-year-old has not made contact with friends or family, and there has been no banking or social media activity on her accounts, since she was reported missing.

Her cellphone was found in the driveway of a home about 9.5 kilometres east of Shellbrook, RCMP said in a media release. The homeowners called police after finding the phone.

Nyland is described as a Metis woman who is 5-6 and 180 pounds with long brown hair and brown eyes.

Police have yet to confirm what she was last seen wearing, but believe she was in a white jacket, black leggings and a black tank top with a pattern on it.

Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call RCMP at 306-747-2606 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

Shellbrook is located 45 kilometres west of Prince Albert.
