RCMP have released the name of a 56-year-old man who died after a vehicle went off a bridge and plunged into water west of Saskatoon.
The victim has been identified as Henryk Wieczorek of Saskatoon.
Wieczorek died Saturday night after a vehicle lost control and went off a bridge on Highway 14 east of the community of Kinley.
Mounties say the vehicle became submerged in water and Wieczorek was unable to get out.
The driver, a 27-year-old woman from Turtleford, Sask., managed to escape from the vehicle.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
