RCMP are investigating a fatal head-on collision on Highway 21 north of Maidstone.
The accident happened just south of the Saskatchewan River Bridge at around 7:20 a.m. Saturday.
RCMP say a southbound car pulled into the opposite lane to pass another vehicle and hit a northbound pressure truck.
The driver of the car, a 23-year-old Alberta man, was killed. The driver of the pressure truck was also taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Investigators do not believe weather or alcohol were factors in the crash.
