Steps are being taken to improve safety at the intersection of Highway 11 and Wanuskewin Road.

The Ministry of Highways is closing an approach onto Highway 11 north of Saskatoon. Drivers on Wanuskewin Road will no longer be able to cross all four lanes of the highway.

Motorists will still be able to turn left onto the highway and toward the city from the intersection, but cross traffic will no longer run through the intersection.

The closure will be tested with signage and barricades. If the test is successful, the Rural Municipality of Corman Park will look at permanently cutting off access to the road across from Wanuskewin Road.
