A man accused of killing his cellmate has been charged with second-degree murder.
Elvis Percy Lachance, 28, was discovered dead in his cell at the Saskatoon Correctional Centre on Sept. 13. An autopsy confirmed foul play, but police have not released the details.
The 24-year-old accused was arrested Tuesday at the correctional centre. He will appear in Saskatoon provincial court Wednesday morning.
