Police in Prince Albert are warning the public of a high-risk offender who was released from custody Tuesday.

James McKnight, 33, has a history of exposing himself to and masturbating in front of children, whom he comes into contact with in public places.

McKnight is on probation until June of 2015, which stipulates that he undergo counseling and report to a parole officer. He is also barred from entering the home of a child under the age of 16 without the presence of an adult guardian.

Until 2021, McKnight cannot attend a public park or swimming area where children are present, obtain employment that involves working with children under 16-years-old, or use a computer to communicate with anyone under the age of 16.

McKnight currently lives in Prince Albert, and has previously resided in Saskatoon.
