A noise complaint took a turn for the worse for Saskatoon police early Sunday when unwanted guests began spraying pepper spray throughout a house.

Police responded to a call of loud noise, erratic driving, yelling and fighting at a home on the 1000 block of Boychuck Drive around 1:30 a.m. When police arrived they found several unwanted guest who refused to leave the party after being asked to leave.

Several people began spraying pepper spray throughout the home while another was brandishing a knife. MD Ambulance and the Saskatoon Fire Department were also on the scene and treated several people who had been pepper sprayed.

A 20-year-old Saskatoon woman was arrested and is facing several weapons-related offences. Police are still looking for several other suspects as the investigation continues.
