CTV Saskatoon had some special guests in the studio Friday afternoon. Canadian Olympic gold medalists Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir stopped by to chat with Jeff Rogstad about everything from skating with the Stars on Ice tour, the Olympics, to the royal wedding.
The pair first started skating together in 1997, and after ten years of intense training, won both the Canadian Championships and the Skate Canada International competitions in 2007. They continued collecting trophies, including gold medals at the World Championships and Vancouver Olympics in 2010.
Now the duo is skating across Canada with Stars on Ice. Catch them, along with other Canadian favourites Evan Lysacek, Kurt Browning, and Joannie Rochette, Friday, May 6, at Credit Union Centre.
