The Occupational Health and Safety Board is investigating a fatal industrial accident that claimed the life of a 57-year-old Saskatoon man Tuesday afternoon.
The accident happened at around 5:00 p.m. Tuesday at a business in the 300 block of Edson Street. Police say the man was working in a yard when some piping fell on him.
His name has not been released.
