A vigilant neighbour can be thanked for the successful capture of three break-and-enter suspects, Saskatoon police say.

Officers were called Saturday shortly after 4 p.m. to a home in the 1600 block of Alexandra Avenue. A neighbour reported seeing someone leave the back door of the house carrying electronic items.

Police arrived with a canine unit. A dog was able to track the suspects to a nearby cemetery where all the stolen property was recovered.

Two men, ages 29 and 30, as well as a 26-year-old woman, all from Saskatoon, were arrested.

Break and enter charges are pending.

No one was injured during the incident.
