If you're in the market for a house in Saskatoon, now might be the time to buy.
The Saskatoon Region Association of Realtors says housing inventory in the city is at its highest since 2008.
At the end of July, more than 1,600 properties were available on the Multiple Listing Service in the Saskatoon area.
The city has seen a 19 per cent jump in listings between July 2013 and July 2014, but sales have dropped nine per cent, the realtors’ association reported.
Housing prices were up three per cent in Saskatoon during the last year.
