A 63-year-old landlord in Meadow Lake is facing sex charges following allegations from two tenants.
RCMP say one alleged victim, who told police they were sexually assaulted by the man, brought forward a complaint in October. The second victim came forward shortly after.
The landlord has since been charged with one count of sexual assault and two counts of communicating for the purpose of obtaining sexual services.
One of the charges dates back to an incident in November 2011, while the other stems from a recent incident in October, according to police.
The accused is scheduled to appear in Meadow Lake Provincial Court on Jan. 16, 2017.
