RCMP in North Battleford arrested a man after an ALS "Ice Bucket Challenge" went awry.
Mounties were called to a hotel in the city Wednesday morning for a report of a drunken, agitated man causing a scene and claiming he’d been assaulted.
Witnesses told police the man wanted to do the challenge and convinced a couple of people to dump a bucket of ice water on him.
The problem was nobody remembered to record video of the stunt and the water turned out to be colder than the man thought, which made him angry, and he kicked everyone out of the room.
Officers arrested the man for breaching conditions, including not to consume alcohol.
