The Saskatoon mayor’s Chief Communications Officer will no longer have a job at the end of Wednesday.
Richard Brown’s contract is expiring.
Brown says he and Mayor Don Atchison did not want there to be a perceived conflict of interest in communications during the upcoming civic election campaign.
Brown has worked as the top communications officer for Mayor Atchison since January 2013.
