A man was taken to hospital after being hit by a train early Wednesday morning, according to police.
The 35-year-old was struck by a train crossing near the 20th Street West and Avenue L South intersection.
Police tell CTV he was running across the tracks to try and beat the train.
He has a leg injury, which is non-life threatening
