PRINCE ALBERT, Sask. - A judge has granted bail to a Saskatchewan man charged in a vehicle-bicycle collision that killed an 11-year-old boy.
Gordon Morris Crain, who is 51, was ordered released with conditions during an appearance in a Prince Albert courtroom on Wednesday.
Crain is facing six charges, including one of dangerous driving causing death, following the July 26 accident on the Muskoday First Nation.
RCMP have said the boy was riding with friends on Highway 3 when he was struck by a car that veered off the road.
The youngster died in the Prince Albert hospital.
Crain, who is a Muskoday resident, is to return to court Aug. 27.
