A woman is in hospital, and a man is in custody after a stabbing on Thursday evening.
Police attended the 200 block of Russell Road around 6:30 p.m. after receiving a call for help.
When they arrived, they found a 25-year-old woman with mulitple non-life threatening stab wounds. She was taken to hospital by ambulance.
A 28-year-old Regina man has been take into custody in connection with the stabbing. Police say he will be in court on Friday charged with aggravated assault.
Police say the victim and the suspect were known to each other.
